Lower Body Workout And Cheating On Your Diet?

No, you did not read it wrong. It is true. Cheating on your diet helps you lose weight and improve your lower body workout. More and more dieters are discovering how cheating makes their eating habits healthier.
Flexibility can mean the difference between being able to stick it out long-term and giving up for good. Sometimes a little cheat of chocolate can keep you from feeling utter desperation and deprivation.
It takes major discipline to fully stop yourself from eating certain food. It is just easier to give up completely. But always remember those slim thighs you’ve been dreaming of and how easy they are to achieving, now that you’ve discovered you can cheat and be flexible with your diet.
Every successful diet plan gives you the chance to cheat, just like any lower body workout gives you time to recover. It’s not about strictly following the plan really, but being able to incorporate both the diet and the workout into your lifestyle and addressing your needs.
Craving for certain food is not always psychological (not because you feel deprived, and so you have to have it). Sometimes when you’re on a diet you don’t get certain nutrients, and craving becomes the only way your body is able to tell you that you need to get them back. Not having enough nutrients may also impede your lower body workout.
Food issues turn psychological when you start binging on foods you were supposed to eliminate from your diet. You suddenly feel deprived, thus having the urge to eat them more. Eating a few “forbidden” food helps you control that urge.
Don’t worry about losing control and eventually giving up on your diet. Remember those slim thighs. And before you start your diet (or lower body workout) tell yourself that it’s okay to cheat.
You don’t have to feel disgust and shame in your decisions if you know ahead of time that it’s okay. Not many official diet plans have a built in craving component. They simply say everything good is gone forever, so you may have to make some exceptions and tailor your plan on your own.
Inform yourself about the different diet plans and workouts out there, and listen to your body. It will tell you what you need to do to get effective results (and achieve thinner thighs).
Get your thin thighs pronto and never loathe yourself again!
