Do not ask about the salary. Usually they will be the one who will bring out this matter in an interview.

After the interview: Make your way out of the interview room with confidence. Do not appear as a loser regardless of how the interview went on. Do not forget simple gratitude gestures. Be sure to send a letter that would extend to the company your appreciation of being considered as one of their possible employees.

Do not discount your first experience of being on a job interview. Regardless of the outcome of this first time experience, you are never empty handed walking out from it. This can be an event that can teach you how to mold your personality and thought process to be most fitting in the next job interview that you could have.
